Employment Opportunities 

The office of health promotion offers both work-study and regular student employment with the following positions: 

Peer Educator:

Provide peer education on various health topics. Primary responsibilities include the development and delivery of educational activities, events, and presentations. 

Student Media:

Create, develop, and maintain education media materials including flyers, videos, graphics, and social media posts. Peer Educator duties may also be assigned. 

When we have open positions they are posted on NMSU Hand Shake and can apply there. 

Internship Opportunities 

The Office of Health Promotion offers numerous internship opportunities through the Department of Public Health Sciences and the Department of Counseling & Educational Psychology.
